This comb is great for my short-haired cat. It removes loose fur gently and she doesn't mind it. However, for my friend's Persian cat, it struggled with matted fur. For daily maintenance on short-medium coats, it's perfect.
This comb is great for daily brushing and removing loose fur. But when my cat got a few mats, this comb couldn't get through them. For maintenance, it's fine. For heavy grooming, you need something else.
