Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing
may take up to 5 business days. For the LintAway, Zendrop currently shows an average U.S. shipping time of 8 days after processing. Other products and destinations may vary. Tracking details are emailed after shipment, and carrier, customs or holiday delays may affect delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact us at bestiesuniverse@outlook.com with your order number and supporting photos or video. We review delivery failures, damaged items, and missing or incorrect items. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations are eligible only before processing or shipping. Physical returns are not required for supplier-fault claims. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
